Thank you SO much for taking care of my car! I am a lifetime customer after my recent experience with Luxury Auto Works and my Technician, Casey. I have always taken my car to Lexus of Austin for ALL service/repair work – but this time I had a terrible experience! They quotes me $4100+ for A/C work, front brakes and a cosmetic gas cap piece – turns out I didn’t even need to replace one of the major parts they said was "broken" – they didn’t even test the lines that go to the part to see if it was performing correctly. I will not be taking my car back to Lexus of Austin even though I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years as I feel like they were dishonest and overpriced. My Tech at Luxury Auto Works used to work on my car at Lexus of Austin. He is honest, timely and has a ton of experience with all Lexus models. The front desk girl was awesome too – she stayed late for me when I needed to pick up my car knowing I couldn’t get there before closing.
