Justin studied automotive repair at UTI in Houston, Texas and graduated with an excellent GPA. With his excellent record, he was accepted to further study Audi servicing and repairs at the VW, Audi Academy in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In 2003, Justin moved to Orange Park, Florida to work on Audi service and repair.
While he loved the work, Justin could not stay away from Austin for too long. Moving back to the Austin area in 2006, Justin worked with Hewlett VW and Audi performing Audi tuning and repair for over 5 years.

Thank you SO much for taking care of my car! I am a lifetime customer after my recent experience with Luxury Auto Works and my Technician, Casey. I have always taken my car to Lexus of Austin for ALL service/repair work – but this time I had a terrible experience! They quotes me $4100+ for A/C work, front brakes and a cosmetic gas cap piece – turns out I didn’t even need to replace one of the major parts they said was u0022brokenu0022 – they didn’t even test the lines that go to the part to see if it was performing correctly. I will not be taking my car back to Lexus of Austin even though I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years as I feel like they were dishonest and overpriced. My Tech at Luxury Auto Works used to work on my car at Lexus of Austin. He is honest, timely and has a ton of experience with all Lexus models. The front desk girl was awesome too – she stayed late for me when I needed to pick up my car knowing I couldn’t get there before closing. I would recommend this shop to anyone that need work done on their car!! My car is running GREAT and my A/C is better than ever.
