After high school, he attended Universal Technical Institute in Houston, TX eventually being accepted to the Mercedes ELITE manufacturer training program along with 8 other students out of approximately 2,000. This passion for Mercedes service and repair has driven Thomas to excel and continue to achieve additional certifications, including his Master Certification in 2008.

With years of experience under his belt, Thomas has worked for Mercedes of Georgetown as a master mechanic receiving numerous awards from Mercedes U.S.A. Now with his own shop in Austin, he can see to any Mercedes servicing or repair needs that you may have with an unparalleled level of professionalism. Luxury Auto works made me feel like family. They take the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and make sure that you know and can choose what repairs you would like to do. I have two cars that I take there, one Mercedes and one Volkswagen, both cars have had no problems with them after the work they did. The car bays are super clean and it looks more like a doctor’s office then a shop so you know that the owner take pride in his place. I also was given a loaner car when I scheduled my repair I give this firm a 10 out of a 10. Since then, I take my car there for everything: oil changes, inspection, routine maintenance. Thank you SO much for taking care of my car! I am a lifetime customer after my recent experience with Luxury Auto Works and my Technician, Casey. I have always taken my car to Lexus of Austin for ALL service/repair work – but this time I had a terrible experience! They quotes me $4100+ for A/C work, front brakes and a cosmetic gas cap piece – turns out I didn’t even need to replace one of the major parts they said was u0022brokenu0022 – they didn’t even test the lines that go to the part to see if it was performing correctly. I will not be taking my car back to Lexus of Austin even though I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years as I feel like they were dishonest and overpriced. My Tech at Luxury Auto Works used to work on my car at Lexus of Austin. He is honest, timely and has a ton of experience with all Lexus models. The front desk girl was awesome too – she stayed late for me when I needed to pick up my car knowing I couldn’t get there before closing. I would recommend this shop to anyone that need work done on their car!! My car is running GREAT and my A/C is better than ever.
