Meet Justin – Austin’s Dedicated Volkswagen Specialist
Justin D. Holmes did not just learn to fix Volkswagens. He trained at the VW and Audi Academy in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A UTI graduate with an excellent GPA, Justin’s passion for VW began with the GTI while working in Florida, and continued for 5+ additional years at Austin-area shops before joining Luxury Auto Works. His VW expertise is rare in Austin. And our 2-year labor warranty on VW repairs is rarer still, something no Austin dealership can match.

What Volkswagen models do you service?
All of them. GTI, Golf, Golf R, Jetta, Passat, Tiguan, Atlas, Arteon, ID.4, Taos, Touareg, and all older models. Justin has worked on every generation of VW.
What is the 2-year labor warranty?
For all VW repairs at Luxury Auto Works, we warranty our labor for 2 full years. If something goes wrong with our workmanship, we fix it at no charge, twice as long as the dealership guarantees.
Do you service VW DSG transmissions?
Yes. DSG fluid changes, clutch pack inspections, and transmission diagnostics are all within Justin’s expertise.
